On Monday, September 28, 2009, the Executive Director of Tobacco Free Initiative – TFI, Engineer Joe Said, and its Media Manager, Mrs. Rania Baroud, visited Jeunesse Contre la Drogue JCD in order to coordinate together and set a plan for cooperation. The two parties agreed on holding a regular monthly meeting to set an annual education and training program. The delegation visited the rehabilitation center of JCD before leaving.
